1. Services Provided

MNDY & Co. offers photography, videography, and graphic design services, including but not limited to:

• Professional photography sessions (events, editorial, lifestyle, documentary, etc.)

• Videography (commercial, promotional, documentary, creative projects, etc.)

• Graphic design (branding, marketing materials, editorial layouts, digital art, etc.)

All services will be delivered in accordance with the agreed-upon scope, timeline, and creative direction.

3. Copyright & Usage Rights

• MNDY & Co. retains the copyright to all original work unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Clients receive a limited license to use delivered photos, videos, or designs for personal or business purposes, but may not resell or alter the work without permission.

• Additional usage rights or full copyright buyouts are available for an extra fee.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate details and requirements before the project begins.

• Any necessary permissions, model releases, or location access must be secured by the Client before the scheduled shoot.

• Delays caused by the Client (e.g., late arrivals, unprepared subjects, last-minute changes) may result in additional charges.

7. Liability & Indemnity

• While every effort is made to ensure high-quality results, MNDY & Co. is not liable for unforeseen circumstances affecting final outputs (e.g., weather, lighting conditions, third-party involvement).

• The Company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury occurring during a project or session.

9. Force Majeure

• MNDY & Co. is not responsible for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, technical failures, or emergencies.
